First of all it is not a coin. It is a medal. The company got itself in trouble with the Feds and New York law enforcement people. It will never be worth what you pay for it, but as a memento go for it. Most people don't like the idea and I have to side with them. I did buy a one million dollar bill, that saluted the NYC fire department and one for the police department. I think they are more proper.
