No, it's called 1st Amendment. But who watches them anyway?

...You can try, but you'll nowhere fast. That's the way it is (remember what the meaning of "is" is?)
...The liberal drumbeat has been beating for decades on CBS, NBC, ABC, and most of the major newspapers, so it doesn't bother me a bit. I like to hear the US favored on a news network; I also like Bill O'Reilly - at least some media person gets after pathetic judges, and isn't afraid to debate and take on phoneys.
...I do admit that after a while I get tired of the arguments and bickering back and forth.

Why does everyone laugh at me when I tell them the same thing?! FOX News is the LEAST fair and balanced news program in the country and it just cracks me up how that's their catchphrase. Mind control anyone??

It used to be that Fox News was the only major voice for conservatives in television. Like it or not, they did provide balance to what was an otherwise liberal-leaning media.

As for fairness, well, that's too subjective to defend either way.

A false balance (law) is an abomination: Solomon

Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third [day] I shall be perfected. (Luke 13:32).

Somebody should tell Fox it's AD-> now, even the third day of it. And that AD->only goes one way, unto the end already written:

The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ WITH YOU ALL. AMEN.

Unfortunately, they have the Freedom of the Press which enables them to lie by exaggeration and omission, and they abuse this by claiming Freedom of Speech. Someone should take a few of them behind the old shed and beat the living dogshit out of them. They are the ones that cause others to hate Americans with their overly slanted views which they impose on the public as being factual. They are an embarrassment to field of journalism... but, as suggested above, who pays them any mind? What gets to me is that the yokels come running out of their latrines to watch them, not knowing half of what is said, yet tuning in because they somehow THINK (difficult as that is to imagine... THEM thinking) that someone is reporting the truth... but they wouldn't know "the truth" if they fell into it!

Since most of the media is liberal (leans left) to balance it out Fox News had to be conservative (lean right). So they're not really lying about that part.

Sue Rubert? yeah right. That's the funniest thing I've heard all day. You'd have better luck suing Bush. You would be disappeared before you ever knew what hit you.

Because by Fox saying they're fair and balanced, they can (and do) shift the debate to the point that anyone who's moderate gets branded a liberal extremist.

Oh, and good one, Roch. FOX fair and balanced. That's rich!

You should know that "fairand balanced" depends on which side of the fence you're on. They all say they are fair and tell you you're ignorant for thinking what you do. That is a "fair" opinion in their minds. Besides, if you actually "watch" Fox news then you're in need of a new hobby. To them, in their opinion,(catch word) what they say is fair.

Oh they are sooo NOT! It takes watching it once to know that they are not fair and balanced. I won't say what or who they support, but those who are familiar with Fox News already know this.

Unfortunately you can not sue them for lying.
