Yes, they'd get used to it just as women have.

Yep no problem... Went to the Rocky Horror Show once and it was a laugh, hung out with all the girls and had great fun. Only downside that men are generally do more heavy lifting and climbing so would not make appropriate work wear, try putting that past health and safety... but in the evening I bet girlie's would love to see men falling head over heels drunk or carrying their shoes!

A lot of the things you've mentioned are nurture-learned things, but it seems like you're considering them to be on the nature side.
I'm not seeing how dressing in a certain way could automatically lead to a change in behavior. Sure, wearing 5-inch stilettos can lead to you being in some pain afterward, but beyond that sort of thing, I'm not sure how one automatically leads to the other. Sure, a change in a person's routine can, over time, can make one want to adapt their learned behaviors.
I'd imagine that many men would like certain aspects of what you've described, though, especially considering that some already make efforts to present their best appearance to others.
The rest of what you said, it's a bit stereotypical so I guess to answer your question--sure, it could happen. It can also not happen as well.

Some girls love a man who can dress and appreciate what a woman feels like. But on here, I don't think it's all that common. Me it doesn't matter, fell free to be whoever you are. I'd much rather that, then be with someone who is repressed and hiding something. But I will admit, I do love a man, who isn't afraid to be macho. So to be with me, the man has to be flexible. He can be girlie sometimes/macho others.

Dont think it will happen, guys wont dress like girls unless they want to be female, what might happen is a guy wearing a skirt and hose and a dress shirt / tie, could be in the realms of possiblity

I am sure of it. Guys will gain full fashion freedom and will enjoy all of the great looks that girls enjoy today.
I already enjoy hose and heels at the office.
Men are gaining fashion freedom all the time. Read about it at the link in my source list.
Take care,
Troy

Sure. maybe not the first generation of it, but yea eventualluy.
Look at hollywood, fine example, they already have to wear makeup, get their hair done, and half to stay on top of fashion.

As much as I like to dress en femme, there is no way I could get up an hour earlier (or more) to do it for work.
