I heard that he might move the team since the city wont drop any of the cases they have against him?? Does the teams real name even sound right? I meet Rex Hudler at the airport and he said that they're not allowed to talk about it??

I doubt that Moreno would move the Angels. They have a very large and devoted fan base in Orange County, a popular, comfortable stadium in a prime location, and are a major fixture in the Southern California community. And consider this, what other large, well-known Southern California city other than Los Angeles or San Diego is there for him to move the team to? Remember, the whole name-change plan was to align the organization more closely with the Los Angeles area.

Personally, I don't especially like the name-change, but I can understand the reasons for doing it. Considering where the Angels are, maybe the Orange County Angels of Anaheim would've been a little better! Not much, though!

Moreno is a very smart man, he knows what he is doing. If Anaheim continues this waste of time and money, it will burn even more goodwill than has been wasted since. He will wait out the lease which I think has a decade to go and then move to L.A. County. I cannot picture him or MLB moving to Mexico. It makes no sense.

He can threaten all he wants to move the team, but Moreno needs approval from Major League Baseball and the owners to do that. The Angles draw very well, so I doubt he would move them. Also, every city that should have a team does, so where would he go? Maybe Mexico? I don't think he will move, or will be allowed to move.
