I want to make a fansite, but I have no knowlegde of HTML. I also don't know how to get a website on the Internet.

yahoo offers a service free where it has options that you choose, and html is not nessecary.

sign up for free web space like at 50megs.com or geocities. don't worry if you don't know html- they have great tutorials and templates- basically all you do is pick a template and type in whatever you want- they are easy to get the hang of. Have fun and good luck.
or you can set up a yahoo 360 page, they are easy as well, great for beginers

After you are getting better then you can try to use Microsoft Frontpage, it's kind of very easy software to create your own website. Of course, you can create the website without your HTML knowledge.

Start out by learning HTML and CSS. Yahoo and GoDaddy are good and easy to use web hosting sites. You may want to start with geocities or tripod(both free hosting if your just starting out.

if you want a free website that is simple to set up, you can go to batcave.net and then use freesitedesigner.com
possible drawback: the web address you get isn't the greatest because it does have batcave in the address.

i think the best way is to use is the microsoft publisher available in later microsoft office versions.
it has many features that can help you speed up your work.
you may also use the microsoft frontpage.
