HELP, computer auto shut to blue screen?

Question

Ok while I was using my computer, it auto-matically came up a BLUE SCREEN with white words saying
" A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps :
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If problems continues disable or remove any newly installed hardware/software. Disable BIOs memory options such as caching or shadowing.

What does this mean?? How can I solve my problem ???

Microsoft said you shall upgrade the Windows XP to be the latest service pack. For more information just click this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317326

If the above idea doesn't helps you then you can try to upgrade the driver of your hardwares, remove your hardware on PCI slots and RAM then use a rubber to clean the steel line(the side that uses to plug in to your motherboard) on them.

Anyway, the second suggestion for someone who knows well about hardware. If you are not sure to do it then you shall send your PC to the computer fixers.
