If I understand correctly, you removed administrative access from your account.
The only way to get it back is to log on as an Administrator. (Try logging on as "Administrator" with a blank password)
If that doesn't work, you'll have to hack the PC. This program will do it.

There is a bootable floppy linux version but it has been known to corrupt hard drives. Beware of that one. The ERD commander listed above is a little costly but it works flawlessly.

You could do all of that stuff. (By the way, that battery is so that when you turn off you computer, you don't lose any files, so be careful with it!) If, for some reason, that does not work, sorry dude, ya gotta format your hard drive. That means wiping everything off of it and starting anew. Just save what you can on a CD, floppy, or flash drive, and then push the power button and hold it so it turns off almost immediately. Then, when you turn it back on, that annoying screen comes up, where it says you can start Windows normally or in Safe mode. Look around. Somewhere, it should say F_=something. Press that key, and the blue screens will guide you through. You might need your OS disk. Oh yeah, one more thing. When it asks you what you want to delete, just delete everything. If you leave even one old file, it drives your computer nuts, and it will start crashing once or twice a week. So you might want to avoid that. Good luck!!!

i had this happen to me also. So i called "the computer guy" i use and told me what to do and i did and not one single problem since. He said: Open up your tower, unscrew the back panel, look inside and you'll see somewhere a battery, it's about the size of a quarter, pop that battery out and leave it out for about 10 min or so, then pop it back in place, screw on the back panel. That's it. by poping out that battery it will reset the computer so it wont be locked.
