What do you do when there is a HTTP500 problem?

I was trying to register for dizzay and I keep getting http500 problem then I refresh and nothing happens

there is nothing you can do, it's a problem with the web server of the website not your computer. it could just be that the server is receiving too much traffic and can't cope.
