A state of bieng slightly better than current. Seriously, what do you think you've done to deserve anything nicer? Golden sidewalks? Please! to have gold is desire.
Heaven is a state where we have no desire, therefor, no suffering.
We don't possess a physical body in heaven. We have no ears or eyes, yet we can sense everything so much clearer, without abstracting it through filters, such as sensory organs. There is no happiness or sadness only a peace. Peace as vast as the cosmos.
We only tell ourself we're going to heaven to feel good and unafraid of death. Have you dedicated your life to helping others? Do you put others before yourself at all times? Have you given up the desire for wealth and power to all degrees? Is there nothing in life you'd miss?
Answer yes to all questions, then go to heaven. Don't worry, you'll have life to live again and againuntill you get it right.

For me, I see Heaven as the place where I was happiest here on earth. That would be my grandmother's house. The feelings of unconditional love, abounded there.

i think of heaven as being a place where I'll see all God, Jesus Christ,and all of my family and friends that I lost. and a place where I'll have eternal life and where i would not have have to worry about crying anymore, feeling bad or sad anymore, worrying about sickness anymore and where everyday will be like Sunday.

I don't think I'll be able to see it. I always imagined it was more of a feeling or emotion than an actual place. A state of being... but you never know. I wouldn't pass up the clouds and sunshine deal ;)

I think of lots of clouds, harps, angels on the forefront... then just peope - contented people connecting lovingly with their families and pets...laughing, smiling, talking - in their own little worlds.
