I've got a case of blue balls. I almost had an ejaculation, so the seminal vessels had been pressurized. I went ahead and had a complete ejaculation, but I can still feel a pain in the seminal vessels in my scrotum. I can feel a lump where i suspect the fluid is being held up. How can I releive this pressure?

In an analogy to a gun: I loaded and ****** the gun, didn't shoot, and then loaded and ****** it again.

Okay you have two choices:

A) Jack off carefully not hurt your self any further and that would get rid of your case of blue balls.

B) Put and ice cube on your ball sack for a few mintues (about 5 min.) and that would also make your symptoms go away.

You to need to learn more about your physiology.

There is no such thing as seminal "vessels." They are called seminal vesicles and they are responsible for contribution to the semen, along with the prostate and cowper's gland (clear pre-ejaculate that moistens the urethra.)

Seminal vesicles do not become "pressurized." They are not located in the scrotum.

You should probably not delay orgasm when you are near ejaculation, it's not a good idea and not healthy for your prostate, which is the muscular gland that contracts during orgasm. You probably are feeling a little pain from that.

You may have prostatitis, an inflammation of the prostate due to this or slight torsion of the testes during sex or while exercising. It will result in pain radiating to one of your testes.

The "lump" is the area of the epididymus, at the top of each testes, they feel like spaghetti noodles and kind of lumpy. You don't get "held up" fluid there, they are responsible for the "incubation" of sperm cells and development to maturation.

Go and see a general practictioner if you continue to have pain.

The BB situation occurs when a guy ejaculates too many times in too short a time leaving him with a "dry" nut. That causes aching balls which, in time, will stop aching when another load of semen is ready to explore the outside environment. They don't turn blue, unless you are so white your skin has a bluish tint to it.
A couple of guys above sound like they know what they are talking about. My guess is that you have a "chink" in the vessel that carries the semen from launching pad to, well, you know. It is wise to see a doctor simply because he can feel it and know immediately what it is - and what you have been doing. I also like the Epsom salt suggestion, that is a relaxer and healer and a good thing to put in a hot tub. Throw in about a full cup or two and then mix it up and lay back and soak for about 10 mins.

They call it blue balls because it sometimes causes your "balls" to become sore. It is basically a tension created by not being able to ejaculate, therefore making some parts sore, or "blue" like referring to having them bruised. Most guys don't get blue balls until after a few times of not being able to finish. The cure us to have an orgasm.

It's highly unlikely you have anything wrong with you that further masturbation won't cure. And what you are feeling is probably the epididymis, which is supposed to be there. See the link below for a complete description

nice analogy!
Then just loaded and ****** your gun again until you shot all your bullets. Massage your gun, it could help, drink water a lot then take a pee.
take care of your gun, you seem not use it wisely, give the satisfaction for your gun, not to damage it.

It could be an infection if you have a lump... look up epididymitis (check my spelling). But it is an infection of the epididymus... just knew of someone who got this problem by lifting something heavy while having a full bladder.... I guess some how it can back up and cause this infection.

It is possible to have a blocked seminal vesicle, unfortunately urology is not my specialty. Best advice I can give is to attempt manual ejaculation again, and if the pain does not subside in the next day see your doctor to get a urology referral.
I wish you the best.

Hate to tell you this but you need to masturbate daily to keep from developing those symptoms. As well, for the sake of your prostate (specifically to reduce the risk of prostate cancer) daily ejaculation is essential.
