I'm reffering to a guy with whom I'm not a stranger and who's sending mixed signals.

I'm talking about a guy who once told me he liked me.. then for some reason nothing more happened between us happened.. even if we were close many times.. and now he kisses my hand. He's not at all shy so that's not the issue.

Hi Irina, Sounds like he is treating you like a lady and showing respect to you. He's being a gentleman when kissed on the hand.This is one guy you should get to know. There's not many guys' out there that are gentlemen and right off show the girl she's a lady and respect's her.This is a keeper.

Wow it sounds like you have found a real gentleman, at least thats the way I'm reading this. You should be so happy, most men are not even close to being a real gentleman. If he continue's being a gentleman you better hold on to him, at least for a while any way.

Is he not allowed to touch you for some reason.... Coz then I understand why you ask. If he's a friend, he might be just being playful or testing the waters. He likes you in some way, no matter what he's doing.

hand kissing is a sign of respect and humility.it means you honor that person and it shows your heart is humble. in the olden days men approached women and kissed their hands.it gave the women a sign of the person kissing it and what they represented.
