You can't keep this "secret" from your Mom forever...! If she's smart she may already know! You'll feel better if you just tell her!

Stephanie, You can't possibly expect anyone on here to answer this question intelligently without knowing what the secret is. Having said that, if your mother says you can trust her and you believe that.. tell her!

Hi there. All I want to tell you is that you should confide in your mother because no body from outside will come and help you. If you don't take the big step of telling your mother now, God knows when?? And she has kept you in her womb for 9 mths. She is not just your mom she is also your best friend. I miss my mother and never confided in her. Even though you don't tell her, she can guess what is going on as mother's have so called 6th sense. Hope you confide in her and make you feel better.

Well it all depends on what the secret is. Does this affect other people? If you are sure that you want to tell your mum, then tell her but you must think of the consequences of telling anyone. Anyway you shouldn't be asking this question. This is your mum. If you can't trust her then who can you trust?

TELL YOUR MOM! Now! Immediately! Your mother is there for you! You should trust your mother. That's what mothers are for! Secrets that big are not meant to be kept, especially if keeping them can cause someone (including you) harm. Please talk to your mom.

we should always be able to trust our mom's, mom's can help you when no one else can, so trust your mom and go to her with what ever it is, no matter how bad, no matter how afraid u are. don't be afraid to trust your mom, she loves u, no matter how serious the secret is.

I think your mom might be surprised but she will support you. I think you need to share it with her for both your sakes. It will get it off your chest and she might have a suggestion for you that you never thought of. Good luck
