im kinda curious. i have no idea where to go to find out who would be compatible with certain birth signs. im looking to the day year accurate.my brother is quite shy at times with girls and ide like to beable to help him make good decisions on getting someone who would be compatable for him and make him happy. if you know the answer or can suggest web sights. id need a web sight that would only need his information and then it could tell me sertain signs to look for

And enter "1978-04-21 14:00:00" in the Universal Time field. The Sun was nowhere near Taurus, as you can see. In fact, the Sun hasn't been in Taurus on your brother's birthday since the time of the Roman Empire. But, don't worry, the location of the Sun on April 21, 1978 has no more to do with your brother's personality than the position of the Sun on that date thousands of years ago when primitive people came up with astrology.
It's great that you are close to your brother and are trying to help him out. But, please, give him some real advice and encouragement, not supersticion. Why would you tell him not to pursue a relationship because the girl is the "wrong sign"? If they're compatible, they should pursue a relationship.
There's a reason that astrology questions are categorized under "Entertainment." It might be fun to check your horoscope every once in a while, but important life decisions shouldn't be made based on the position of the sun on this or that date thousands of years ago.

He is a taurus with a taurus or gemini rising.... Check to be sure the signs I have given you are his correct rising signs for every chart is different.. Also don't just look at his sun sign because that only shows you certain traits he may possess, His rising sign is how he appears to others and how he deals with life emotionally.

That's pretty cool of ya looking out for your brother! His birth info surely will come in handy.. maybe not to pinpoint the exact birthday of his other half - that might be getting carried away. What's important is that the two are on the same page.
A technique used frequently by astrologers in India is called a Mars affliction. If Mars is posited negatively in a horoscope, one is receptive to being victimized by their partner. If this is the case, the person with the Mars affliction is married to another with it, to cancel the affect.
