All time favorite is House of Wax. I believe the evil henchman is Charles Bronson in his film debut, using his real last name. Second place goes to Fall of the House of Usher.

"The Tingler" has to be one of the most uproariously bad movies ever made. It's right up there with "Plan 9 From Outer Space" in terms of being so bad that it's good.
But as far as quality goes, "The Fly" is probably his best.
