What do you do to pass the time after the kids are taken care of and the chores are done?

I am not lazy! I take care of 4 kids, 6 animals, cook, clean and sell italian charms. Am I to assume that everyone on yahoo is lazy? Why are people so judgemental? I would not answer your questions so rudely. And another thing, I do not want to have an affair! I love my husband. Thank you for your answers. As soon as the 4 hours are up I will choose my answer because I am tired of being insulted all of the time.

my husband is in the military and it seems like he is always gone. I am a full-time mom but I took up online college classes to kind of keep me busy. Or, I shop!

Play the piano
Listen to music
Trying to read a new novel at least once a month
Go to the gymn
Train the dog a new trick

Can you tell I don't have kids? Some of those things would be impossible to do if they were sleeping.

You could take a course. When the kids are gone you may want to go into a different field of work. Many women do.

I have started drawing and painting. Before I got pregnant, I worked 24/7 along with my husband, but mow things have changed and I found myself being a housewife. It is hard sometimes and I do get stir crazy. Just think about the things you enjoyed in high school. I was always into art so I got back into that hobby. Answers is also an awesome time waster, lol.

So many things depending on the age of your children. If your children are not old enough to look after themselves, hire a babysitter or ask relatives or good friends to look after them while you do something for yourself. If money is not a problem, join the gym... if it is.. then jog.. or walk .. or go to the mall and window shop. Take up painting or some other hobby you can do indoors. Write a story or poetry. Meditate. Listen to music. Have a bubble bath. Have an affair. Have lunch with your friends. Take your Mom to a movie. There are so many things to do.
