i have to enter a 4 digit PIN number to watch films, what is it, I'm on attempt 3 of 3. ta

You should have your own pin number, if you use tv email that pin is the same.
If you don't know it, you will need to ring ntl (better now its free again) on 150 during the day, they will put it on 0000, and you will need to go to settings (top of guide page) to change number from 0000 to something you can remember.
If you attempt a 3rd number unsuccessfully, it only locks you out for about 15 minutes.

The default is generaly 0000 although some engerneers change the pin to 1234 for some reason

Every customer has their own pin number.If you have not used the system before the default is probably 0000.

more info please is it your system? eitherway its normally still set to the one the ntl enginer put in and they are normally either 0000 or 1234.dont try the third time get off the channel and then try again with those.

it is your own pin maybe try something like 0000 as it should be at default

call your tv company. like i have comcast so i would call 1-800-COMCAST. If you have never entered it. Try 0000 or 1234 as a password
