It would be very hard to do that, you will have to call ahead, and I don't think too many rental places will do it there is a lot of stuff they have to go thru in order to do it. I am not going to say you won't ever find someone to do it, but I am letting you know it's nearly impossible to do so. If you have a card and are concerned about charges, you can make arrangements to pay after the rental period is completed. Otherwise if worse comes to worse, you can use a debit card but most places require that you have at least $250 in the account and they hold it while you have the rental and then release it when done.

No where unfortunatly. They won't even take a prepaid credit card or a debit card, they want a credit card and nothing less. If you are under 25 years old not only do you have to pay extra but they also want more money that they put a hold on your card for and it could take up to a week to get back. And if you are short on your card too bad they send you off like it's nothing.

Some Enterprise Rent a Car locations let you use a debit card, but I don't know of anyone who will only take cash. They have to be able to track you and check you identity because of fraud and terrorism issues.
