Looks like she's losing interest or having other emotional issues of her own.
If you aren't attentive to whats going on with her or seem to care about how her life is going, things like this will always catch you by surprise. When you're in a relationship, you need to be less self-centered, it one of the reasons FOR being in a relationship is having someone to share your life with, if that person doesn't seem to care or check up, there's no point.
It could be too little too late, but why don't you ask her how she's doing?

Maybe its because she did something and she is ashemed of it and you should stop hanging with her girls cause she might be jealus and you should try talking to her if that dont work write her a love letter tell her how much you love her and ask her why she has been acting weird lately.

Sounds to me like she doesn't want to be with you anymore but can't muster up the courage to say anything. Maybe she is trying the old "make him break up with me technique". A lot of people do this when they are too chicken to speak up about how they feel.

haha you are probably middle school or early high school. so she is just jealous. just talk to her and if she still is weird then break up with her, becuase believe me those relationships arent goin to last anyway
