tell your mom and your mom will speak to her mom.
or tell her mom.
tell someone!!
you might feel bad about telling but don't you think you would feel worse if something bad happened because you didn't say anything.
her parents need to be more aware of what she's doing on the computer. they need to be more aware of what she's doing period.
your a good person to think ahead and know the potential dangers. keep that smart head on your shoulders.
good luck.

Hi Meg, I have a younger sister who is 12. She wants a myspace. I guess I know how Myspace is and dont think it is a place for her. Many young girls get reeled in my older men and they end up trying to set up a meeting with that person. There are many internet predators and perverts out there. I say you should tell her mom for her own safety. She will probably be mad at you but in the long run you will be helping her. It may be a good idea for her parents to set up a security program on the computer so that she cannot access these types of sites. Hope this helps you.

Ask her what most of her friends use. If she has lots of friends on a particular site, she won't be as likely to talk to strangers. I personally prefer myspace. I recommend making it with your email adress, and making the profile private. That way, you can set the site to send you the emails about approving comments and accepting friend request. Also-- I got my myspace when I was 11. until I was 12 and 1/2, my parent wouldn't let me put pictures on. You may want to condsider doing this.

Well I just turned 12 and I have a Myspace without my parents pramisoin. I have had it for about 3months now. but I don't go on it often. I don't have any pictures of me on it. i don't have any really persionaly info on it exept my first name and i like animals blah blah blah. I also have this thing on it to where no one can veiw my myspace unless they are my friend. myspace is a dangous place but if you cannot get her to stop I understand. You should at least convence her to have it to where no one can veiw it without being her friend, and to where there are no recent pictures of her or really persional info.
good luck!~

Definitely get parents permission. Mypsace is only as safe as you make it....As in, keep ure profile private, dont post any pics of ureself, (and if u do, try to make ureself unrecognizable) dont give out ANY info about ureslef. Be suspicious of people u dont know that say that u and them have a lot in common.
She should NOT be on myspace. Its illegal anyways....
hope i helped

No because you have to be 13 to have a legal myspace anyway. She should wait. til she can have one legally. If she has one and won't get rid of it at least make sure she isn't posting pics and talking to personally with people that she dosen't know.

I let my daughter have a myspace account at 11, but she's a good girl. Just make sure she doesn't go out to meet anyone.

I definitely wouldn't let my twelve-year-old have a Myspace account. My little sister is twelve and I get worried when she talks to her friends on AIM. Freaks me out, because I know what's out there.

Maybe you could tell your mom or dad. And they could tell your aunt about your cousin.
Your cousin will be angry if she finds out that you told on her. But if something bad happens to your cousin because you kept your mouth shut, you might regret it for the rest of your life.
