I think Britney deserves to get custody of the babies, first she's the mother, second she has the money to give them a great life, and third K-fed has proven to the whole world that he is a loser and a terrible father, specially when he walked out on Shar to get married with Britney...oh, and fourth, he only wants custody to get more of Britney's money.
The thought of him getting those babies makes me get goosebumps, because who will take care of them, when he only cares about going out, taking drugs (no need to be a scientist to know that he does), and going out with hookers...imagine, being boys, what they'll become? Two mini-Kfeds! God save us!

That's really a no brainer, Britney will maintain permanent custody of her two babes. K-Fed is a loser and a dead-beat dad form what I've read and Britney is worth millions$$$$ so it's quite obvious who will win in court.
And it has already been said that the Nanny will be the main carer, so in a way it's irrelevant who wins custody.

One, the burden of proof is *always* on the father in custody cases.
Two, Britney is worth $50 million.
Three, Fed-Ex walked out on his 8-month-pregnant girlfriend and his other child. Not exactly father of the year.
Four, she's a blonde in a black mini and the judge is male.

I say Brittney should get them. Kevin has already proven to be a dead-beat dad. At least Brit is trying to take care of her kids. She deserves it no matter what the media says she is probably a better mother than she gets credit for. Those are her kids that she carried for 9 months each and she needs her kids with her.

Britney, knowing how Kevin has treated them or atleast his lack of attention towards them.
But then they acusse Britney of mistreating her children, truthfully I doubt it and that incident with the car was an accident because if you see the video the paparazzi was chasing her.
But my cunclusion is Britney.

i say britney will get them because K fed will have nothing, and the fact that there are loads of pictures of him laways at the clubs with strippers!!!! And he walked out on the other two kids

plus his ex-girlfriend Star (i think that is her name) has sole-custody of his kids because he didn't have the money
