You could buy a cd scratch remover and cleaner.
Or you could put some toothpaste on the game spread it around, grab a wash cloth, wipe it off "do this in a vertical or horizontal motion, not a circualr motion". Then grab some windex or something and spray it on, and wipe it off with a paper towel.
This really works, and if it doesn't you need a new game.

Buy scratch remover. It does not work on big scratches, but if the scratch is small it might work. Plus if you try it on a big scratch it might work, but it is unlikely.

You could try one of those CD cleaners that you can find at your local electronics shop. If not.. it's probably scratched beyond repair.
