Probably because of the meaning behind the word wrestle. It means to contend by grappling and attempting to throw or immobilize one's opponent, especially under contest rules.

You're ATTACHED by the hands, but if you've done it before, you know that all the power comes from your forearms, bicep, and inside of your shoulder... also known as your arm. lol
