Check your history. It used to be a two minute silence. Obviously even that's too long for people who don't give a damn. Amazingly, a search on Google doesn't show when it was changed. I do remember it was 2 minutes when I was a kid, and authorities like the War Memorial confirm this. But nobody says when it switched. Strange, eh?
