It's probably 'cos there are more sheep in Wales than Welsh people so they must be reproducing somehow.
By the way Jenkay I'm from Aberdeen and haven't shagged a sheep...........well not for a while anyway.

Because there are so many feking sheep in wales, you can't go 30 yards without seeing a field full of sheep, (with hairy rugby players loitering outside)

I have no idea, I only know of "shagging" as meaning one thing, and I 'm pretty sure no one would be proud to do that with a sheep.
