Hi im going to get my first cell phone but i cant find a good cell phone with a good plan and a good price. If you have something like this or similar please let me know!!!
1. A plan $20 or less a month and 10-15 cents a min.
2.Cell phone with camera and if possible mp3 or recorder.
3. Cell phone less than $90.
4. other good features!!

Verizon Smallest plan i think think 400 minutes i think like 40$ a mont Jut get the cheapest camera phone like 70$

No such thing unless you get those pay as you go phones go to walmart they should have them in the electronis dept. For a plan with like t-mobile and other vendors etc your looking at 40 bucks for basic phone but if you want a cell phone just to call local its almost the same and thats with cricket service.
With the pay as you go you get what they have but if you go and start a plan with t-mobile or similar then you get to choose what phone you want with what features and for less than $90 thats a decent phone but if you want a really good phone their gonna be in the $100-300 range.

the cell phone you should get is either an amp'd it cost like $30 a month or a razr that costs like $45 for the phone and I d/k about the service

i suggest u go with "pay as u go" plan. really cool in my opinion- NO monthly bills, no hassles. AND if it ever gets stolen or lost then there`s no worries.

you should get a fone from wirefly.com they give one with a bloothoot headset i dont no about the plan maybe u shud get a prepaid
