my older brother is a caterpillar and he is very depressed that he hasnt turned into a butterfly yet.....he goes by the name of sir caterpillar.......how can i help him make his cocoon and turn into a butterfly???

Your brother has not yet reached the level of development that would allow him to form a chrysalis and experience the metamorphosis into a butterfly. He needs to be patient. When the time comes, he will have no choice - that's the natural way of things. Just encourage him to eat the appropriate leaves in the meantime, and keep cleaning up his droppings....

Awesome!!! give him carrots and melon then wrap him in toilet roll (easier this way) and tape hime up and wait a couple of months. .......... Hey presto you have a butterfly. In the meantime feed him computer games they like that!

can you get silk from him? to the rest, think cocoons must be made by one going to use it - no help from outsiders. of course i don't have any facts on this.
