It depends on what type of games you are wanting to play. freeonlinegames.com has a pretty good selection of flash games. However, if you are looking for old arcade games or older console type games then check out everyvideogame.com these are pretty decent emulations, but the screensize is also pretty small.
Other sites such as net-games.biz and ebaumsworld.com have flash games from multiple sites as well as other media such as videos, pics, etc. they also have links to other game sites. Another one is iambored.com

Heres a good online RPG game. Its a multiplayer game too.
Its called Zeus' Legacy.
Free,fun,worthwhile,and non-download.
