Well, it is a process that you go through over a couple of weeks. It's not the type of bronzer that will instantly make you look tan. It takes a couple of weeks using it once to twice a day. If you are looking for something with faster results then I would suggest some sort of spray on bronzer, though, those tend to look a little weird. I wouldn't recommend them.
I used the jergens bronzer and liked it. I just followed the directions on the back of the bottle. After about 4 or so days I noticed that I was starting to look minorly tanner.

It's actually meant to be used as a daily moisturizer that slowly makes your skin appear tanned. You're meant to use it once per day and in a week or two you will notice a difference. If you're looking for an immediate glow, perhaps you should try a different product.

the jergens body glow stuff doesn't really bronze your skin. there are sparkles in it that give you the effect that it makes your skin glow.
...or maybe that's another product that i'm thinking of?
