Also, why do you love the show?

I think it is very well written and executed. The characters are complex and believable without taking away from the given story line. The crimes are often very realistic, but I feel they do them with respect. The acting is superb as well. The cast just fits together, although, if you think about it are all totally opposite (a comedian, a rapper, etc).

I love watching SVU, their story line is great and so are the actors. Mariska Hargitay is sooo pretty, and Chris Meloni and her go so well together(and Chris Meloni lives in my town when hes not in NYC, its just 15minutes away from my house!!). I'm soo glad Olivia is back at SVU. It wasn't the same without her. I love all the main characters since the show starter including Alex, and Casey, and Munch and Fin, and Monique Jeffries, and ME Melinda Warner, and Dr. George Huang. Without all of them the show wouldn't be worth watching. And its soo weird because even though all their episodes deal with sex crimes somehow all the episodes are all unique in their own way.
I am an SVU fanatic, i have the seasons on DVD, and i watch them all the time!!!

The best show that has been on TV in a LONG time. Meloni and Hargitay are the best team. they work so well together. I love the passion they have for their job. The cases on there are like cases you would see in today's REAL world. Child abuse, rape, etc. As a victim of rape and a mother of a child who was sexually molested, the cases are down to earth. In my case, both "perpetrators" were never punished so I love to see them break cases and arrest the perbs. Hargitay opened her own "retreat" for rape victims (in real life) after she became involved with SVU..She even volunteers with a rape crises center..She said that peopel would be amazed how many people stop her on the street and tell them they were raped. She Really gets into her role and I think that's why she is so compassionate.

I am totally in love with Law & Order: SVU. Christopher Meloni and Mariska Hargitay can't be replaced... they were meant for the job. Chris just won celebrity jeopardy against sam waterston and katherine eyrbe(sorry if thats spelled wrong)!!!

I do because the story lines are really good. Its my favorite of the 3 Law & Order Shows.

I absolutely LOVE that show...in fact, when some of the shows aren't too "inappropriate" for my granddaughter, I have let her watch it and now she is totally in love with Chris Meloni...she just got a t-shirt with his picture silkscreened on in with "Mrs. Meloni" on the back....I think Mariska and Chris have the best detective chemisty on television today...

I do, have to watch it every Tuesday! Benson is my favorite, sure glad she's back. That other chick just wasn't the same.

I love it becuase it is interesting and they all play really good like it is a real crime
