I have a list of login names that I saved when I was doing some work for a friend and now I can't get their login name off my computer. I don't want anyone to think I was using their login info, so I really want it off my puter. I try to keep it clean.

Try deleting your internet cache. In the toolbars at the top of your screen, go to "Tools", then "Internet Options". Click on "Delete Cookies", then "Delete Files" (also Offline Content). You may even want to clear your history. Sometimes when a screenname, etc. is highlighted or clicked on, you can simply hit delete on your keyboard or else right click your mouse over it to delete it. Did any of this help?

Right click on your internet explorer icon. Go to internet properties and delete cookies. If that doesn't work go to the content tab, click on auto complete, and click clear forms.

You can log in with the name, then unclick the "always remember this name and password on this computer" and it should not pop up next time. Maybe do it twice to check it out.

open internet explorer and go to
TOOLS>INTERNET OPTIONS
click DELITE FILES--DELITE HISTORY--DELITE COOKIES
