I have many 'if' thoughts, but I can't let them rule my life or I'll stay in a state of depression. Instead, I look at what I do have & I count my blessings.

that is common to experience that way as quickly as in awhile, yet once you get mired in it, you will on no account circulate forward. that is merely existence in this earth. that is all that is. we are saying existence isn't honest, yet in certainty, that is honest. all and sundry struggles with something, sometime - or distinctive circumstances throughout the time of existence. no one has a suitable existence and all of us could provide up or replace our aims each now and then. the variety you cope with that is to provide up comparing what you have or do not could what others have or have not got. provide thank you for the coolest, and launch what you planned to be undesirable. interior the top, not something is nice or undesirable - it merely is. focus on your individual existence, do not make precis judgments on the subject of ways others stay, and merely shop shifting forward. And specific, i think of God is conscious.

if only had left my ex husband sooner the children wouldnt have been so screwed up...
but they are ok now, took a lot of work on my part
