As a kid and growing up I was skinny and weighed 145 for about almost two years but now putting on 20 pounds weighing 165 i want to put on a little more weight but its a problem. Sometimes I lose weight just not eatting is it my motabolism? Should I eat more. I lift to and that helped too. I just don't understand how much calorie intake i need.

anyways, eat as much as you can,you should not worry about trans fat or too much cholestrol stupid things like that if you want to gain weight and you're under 30.

look at what you are eating and stop drinking alcohol and eating lots of carbs. Don't eat after 9pm.

Eat snacks without gorging yourself on just a few meals per day.

Don't look at your weight but your fat to muscle ratio because muscle weighs more than fat.

Your weight really depends on your age and height soo I really don't know I think 165 is okay.

Go to your gym & ask one of the trainers there. they have charts that specify what your age/height/weight should be. They can help you.
If not; ask your doctor.
