The hokey pokey has a deep introspective meaning to it.
Let's first examine the act of putting your left foot in and your left foot out. This indicates indecisiveness. So, you shake it all about to try and make a decision... you do the hokey pokey and you turn yourself around only to realize that no matter what your decision is, that's just how life was meant to be and that you should just learn to accept things as they come.

through yourself into the worlds expeirences.a little at a time ..see how it feels (shake it all around)look at all sides of the experiences(turn your self about) thats experiencing life to the fullest(thats what its all about)
