i have to keep right clicking it and deleting it every time i come on the internet.

Go to "Add/Remove Programs" in the control panel. Scroll down the list looking for the name of the Yahoo and Google toolbar and click remove. That simple.

Go to control panel, then add or remove programs, then find the toolbar, and click remove.

START>CONTROLL PANEL>ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS
and just look for it and delit it
