Piano. I've been playing for 13 years, and I've loved every minute of it. Yes, it's difficult. But once you learn they're so much you can do with it. You can play classical, contemporary, even improve. I've played classical for the past 11 years and now I've been playing improve for 3. Not only does piano teach you discipline, it gives you good posture as well ;)
