I love fortune cookies. I read the slip first, then eat the fortune cookie.

If you put a fortune cookie in the microwave for about 5 seconds, it softens enough you can open it, remove the fortune, and replace it with one you printed yourself. Just fold the cookie closed again before it cools, and no-one will be any the wiser.

The cookie is the best part. The fortunes aren't usually even fortunes. They just say some random thing. I would like to get one that actually HAD a fortune style message such as: Today you will meet a man named Rupert.

Or some such thing.

I usually read the slip and eat the cookie afterwards. It might not taste good to some people, but it is edible.
