My uncle used masking tape as painting tape around vinyl windows and now the tape is stuck like cement. Any suggestions on getting it off?

First you need to scrape off as much of the masking tape as you can with a window scraper (they're cheap) then apply Goo Gone with a cloth. You're gonna need a lot of elbow grease unfortunately. Maybe your uncle could do it!

Use Goo be Gone or WD40 spray lubricant and sewing machine is the same without the smell. You spray and leave it on for awhile and peel it off. The sewing machine oil is what I meant. Sorry!

wet it as good as you can .it comes off easy when wet.some scraping or use of finger nails on tender areas such as vinyl

Mineral spirits will dissolve the adhesive.

go to ur local craft store and get a product called UNDO, it will take it off in a jiff. if they don't have it, have them order it.
