My suggestion would be to take a good multivitamin, and maybe check with your doctor.
Usually when I'm feeling especially tired it's because my iron is low. It can be due to alot of things though. Stress, not getting enough sleep or even the weather.

Get a good night's sleep and eat properly. Make sure you get enough carbs, as they are the body's source of energy. Exercise and raise your metabolism. Those are the most natural ways I can think of.

8 hrs of sleep a night. but if you already sleep 8 hrs or more then you can try sleeping less. you can also try doing some activity for thirty min. a day. it doesn't have to be intense exercises if ur just starting off, but something to get ur body moving.

Exercise, don't exercise so much, get more sleep, get less sleep ... there are a million ways, but if it's a problem, you should talk to your doctor.
