The biggest scandal - the one he was impeached for was purgering himself before a grand jury.
He invited every donor or $150,000 or more to spend the night in the Lincoln Bedroom.
He accepted campaign donations from the Indonesion Lippo group totalling $452,000
He gave PBS campaign donor lists so that PBS could solicit donations
Upon leaving office, the Clintons looted the White House taking silver, and furniture. One of the things they took was a furniture set belonging to the interior department. When caught the Clintons tried to claim that it was a personal gift to them. They were later forced to return it.

That depends on your definition of the word really.....oh wait I mean it depends on what the definition of is, is.
I did notice you did not mention lying under oath. There are many other rumors out there that are unproven, have you ever heard of Vince Foster who "killed" himself by shooting himself in the head yet was found with both hands laying at his side and the gun still held in his hand? Then there are the numerous women who claimed sexual harassment and sexual assault. Some of it is true and probably some is not, but either way the guy is a scumbag.

Yes, he did really have 'oral sex' with Ms. Lewinsky in the Oval Office.
Not sure about the Russia thing, although I do know he was a Rhodes Scholar and could have done this while at school in London.
He lied under oath about having 'relations' with Ms. Lewinsky
He was impeached, but not thrown out of office.
He got away with, well, MURDER......

These allegations are not true. Bill and Hillary Clinton were investigated by Ken Starr who spent 60 million dollars to uncover a ******** only. I read Clinton's biography and all of these things are written about by President Clinton himself.
And I think it's pretty clear of which pres is the dirtier of the two. Bush has caused thousands of our men and women to die based on lies to go to Iraq; and let's forget all the innocent Iraqi's that are also dead thanks to Bush. There is no comparison between Clinton and Bush really.

I don't know whether he went to Russia, but I think at the time he was in England Studing. He was an Oxford Scolar! If he went to Russia, so what! A lot of people went to Russia! What would that prove? I have been to East Germany when it was communist, that doesn't make me one!
I am sure most presidents had sex in the White House! DUH!

This is a true story:
When he left office to make room for George "Dubya" Bush, someone (or someones) from his staff removed the W key from every keyboard in the White House.
I don't know if you'd classify that as unethical or immoral, but it was funny as hell.

Yes,he really did do all these things,but there are around 100 suspicious suicides that happened with slick Willy. He is also a cocaine addict. Both Hill and Willy should be in prison for the many felonies they committed. There is a lot on them,and it is easy to find.
