Lots of good answers, but I guess I should be specific to say who is the Chicken Man as mentioned in the bumper sticker? Anyone have one? Anyone know? Perhaps one of the answers already here is right, but which one!?!?!?

Chicken Man was an old radio show that started in 1966 out of Chicago. The voice was Dick Orkin. It gained a popular following and achieved a cult status on college campuses in the 80's. See the below link for a full historical background if you are interested. (There's even an audio clip sample)

Gregory "Chicken Man" Riley. He died in a motorcycle accident. The Dropkick Murphy's have a webpage for him and the bumpersticker (http://www.dropkickmurphys.com/chickenman/index.html#) which has photos of people wearing "Never Forget Chicken Man" shirts and places where the bumper sticker has been stuck.
Gregory Riley also has a charity (http://www.gregoryrileyfoundation.org/) which offers an annual Chicken Man golf tournament.
This is the bumper sticker you saw. My wife Liddy and I appreciate the ten points!

He is a plucky sort of a character that smells rather fowl, and is normally chicken. He likes Hen Gliding, and never comes home to roost. Always has his comb with him. Looks eggs-actly like his brother.
His friends say he got laid, but i think they are only yolking. Fur and feathers usually fly when he is upset. He is of course at the top of the pecking order. Cannot keep his beak out of other peoples businesses.
Shell I answer this properly or does this get the best answer?
