should i buy pipesocks for my bagpipes?r they worth 45 dollars??

I've been playing for 9 years. If you have very expensive pipes (ivory, silver) or just want to avoid chips on a less expensive set, then you'll want something to help keep your pipes from knocking against each other in your pipe case.

Some people just use rags, small towels, some cut a drone separator out of foam. Or you just pack your case so full of stuff that they can't move easily . . . like me! Or you can buy pipe socks.

Make your own out of some cheap towels for about a tenth of the cost. I would have liked to keep my pipes in that new pristine condition they came in, but after 25yrs they've got their share of knicks. It's called character ;-) I'd spend the money on drone brushes and pull-thrus and some maintenance items. Those you REALLY need.

im sorry, i just find it funny, my friend was doing something that had to do with bagpipes an i just laugh at the thought of bagpipes, and also,well, BAGPIPES!!!!!
