Yea this is gonna sound retarded...but I have to go to an upcoming Sweet Sixteen and I dont know how to dance. Need help with that.

Well, kinda hard to teach you how to dance over the Internet. And what kind of dance are you talking about? If you just want to learn how to move to a beat, watch some music videos. If you are talking ballroom dancing type stuff, take a few lessons at an Arthur Murray Dance Studio or something. You can watch some movies like, Shall We Dance or Take the Lead but I don't know that you'll get much actual instruction from those.
