I'm a Freshman in high school. I got stuck in the Gym class with all the "jocks" and "preps", so I didn't have any friends in my class. Gym is the worst possible class to have no friends in, especially when you get to pick your own partners. Well, I befriended this Sophomore girl who didn't seem to have any friends. She wasn't pretty and there's no other way to describe her other than fat (that's not a bad thing... I am, too). So, I had finally made a friend. Things were going well, but lately she seems to be a little bossy. Like, grabbing all the good equipment and leaving me with the crap and saying that she's better than I am when even the "preps" agreed that I am so much better, but I never say anything back to her. She makes me chase after everything. She uses seniority as an excuse. Plus, before she goes into the locker room, she makes me take her stuff back, and I'm always one of the last ones in. I've taken this this whole trimester. I cannot take it anymore. What should I do??

Your doing it to yourself. All you have to do is refuse. As far as the equipment goes you need to be faster.

Un befriend her. Either tell her that you dont like being bossed around and she needs to do her own things instead of asking you to do them,,,OR stop being her friend completly. Get some balls and stick up for yourself. You will see how she will change her attitude after that.

One day, you should keep to yourself and see the reaction she gives and based on that reaction see if her attitude changes for the good or bad. Stand up for yourself with smart comments back. Sometimes you have to show emotion for her to see that your being hurt and your not taking it anymore. She cries and bleeds just like you so let her know that she isnt any better than you.

She is not your friend, she is a bully and you are letting her get away with it, Let her see what it's like not to have a frriend who befriended her, you seem afraid of her to let her treat you that way...tell her to take her own stuff back to the locker room, GET RID OF HER!!

well,i think u just pretty much answered ur own question

u don't need friends bossing u around, making up excuses for being older,or telling u what to do

it's wrong

u probably already have enough people in ur life that boss u & she just adds to it

stand up to her & tell her that ur not gonna be bossed by her any longer

that's the only way that she'll know that she needs to stop

good luck

dont be afraid to confront her and tell her to knock it off..ask why shes being this way to you and that you dont deserve being treated this way..tell her that even though your a freshman and shes a sophomore she still has no right to treat you or anyone else that way..if she continues, then i would disassociate myself from her and try to make friends with the preps..

Drop whatever it is and say you do it yourself.

stop allowing her to dump on u, speak up to her, let her know how u feel about the way she is acting towards u. unless u speak up u will keep getting hurt by others. u deserve to be treated fairly they treat u wrong because they can, because u let them. no one can take advantage of u unless u allow it.
