i have a question if a guy girlfriend says i'm letting out a secrect and she says i love my heart to you. what does that mean? is she breaking up with her boyfriend?

Not really,she could just have a secret to tell and letting you know ahead of time that she loves you because maybe she is afraid you will break up with her.

not really, she may want to see if you love her back..have you ever said it to her? or, why dont you just ask her if what shes saying is that she loves you with all her heart and wants to progress..dont be afraid of any answer she will tell you, but be prepared for the worse..good luck..
