No, most of apples parts are proprietary. not as widely available as parts for a pc

You can, however you must buy at least the mainboard from apple which will cost you a fortune. Other than the mainboard (which apple calls Logic Board) the other parts are identical to PC parts (since apple started using Intel chips)
