Pasta as in spaghetti. Its loaded in carbs and the carbs give you the energy you will need during the game. A lot of running in soccer as you know. If you do not like like spaghetti for some reason, just load up on carbs.Just do yourself a favor and avoid anything that can be considered performance enhancing.

Since I am a soccer player myself, I would eat pasta/spaghetti with orange juice. It will build yur energy level. Also, get approx. 7-8 hours of sleep. In the morning, you will be ready to play without being tired or sleepy.

eat some protein, maybe some chicken and a little pasta... get at least 6-7 hours sleep and make sure you wake up early, dont sleep until the last minute before you walk out the door because then you will be tired when you arrive to the field... good luck

I played baseball for 20 years...and we were always told to eat Pasta as it gives you extra energy. As far as sleep goes...get at least 8 hours...and be agressive!!!

Pasta, bread, and anything else with carbs. Avoid energy bars and energy drinks that have alot of sugar in them. Gatorade is a good drink, but make sure you drink alot of water with it because Gatorade does not have enough water that you need
