my problem, I have a house and a house full of furniture. I would like to rent out the house and sell some of the furniture. I just don't know how i should go about doing this, any suggestions?

In the newspapers for sale column, word of mouth, post on bulletin boards in grocery stores. Most county's in Georgia, have a paper called the shopper, or trader, put an ad there for free. Put the house in the hands of a good Realtor. You will like Georgia,, people are friendly here.

Georgia is awesome and you can sell your furniture on Ebay, works pretty well :) or see if your family will buy it from you, they most likely will give u the worth of it or more

You could try a yard sale.
Try listing your stuff for sale on craigslist.com
List your stuff for sale at your local newspaper classifieds or online classifieds.
