she acts so mean and she likes to lie to me and she gets in big trouble too and has problems and she russian and get so cool and she is 13 and in 6th grade and has a boyfriend , one time i told her that she likes a boy named adam and she lie to me and i thought wut that was true and she likes to lie and she mean too and sometimes can be nice but her breath smells so bad .

dang, dont sound much like a best friend to me. tell her that you dont like that she lies to you and you cant be best friends with someone you can't trust. tell her that that has been bothering you for a long while and wish you could have that special best friend trust with her or it just isn't going to work out, because if she lies so much to you now, its only going to get worse. you might want to mention to her about her breath too.. haha jk!

She doesnt sound like a very good best friend, I think you should move on and look elsewhere for friends.
