It means literally an "ox": Meaning an "idiot" or "fool". I suppose it could refer to a cuckhold, as well. It is pronounced "whey".

RE:
What does GUEY mean in English?
Ok, This seems kind of weird, but I was wondering what Guey means in Spanish. My boyfriend says it all the time to his friends. I asked him what it meant becuase he says it at the end of every sentence. I asked him and he told me that its bad if you don't know the person, but its ok to say it...

Guey is something you might call your buddy instead of his name, sorta like fool. And its Pronounced "way"

Dude in Spanish. Correct spelling is actually "buey" but sounds like "guey" or "way" so it's just changed a bit. Literally means "ox", and is a negative term like "fool" or "ni**a" but it's used as a term of endearment more like "dude".

it's slang like dude, man,. It actually originated from the english "way" when people said no way, spanish speaking people said "guey" to refer to it. Nowadays it's just slang meaning dude, man, bro, etc.

You have 2 different questions here--in which language do you want to know its meaning?
PS--I think it means absolutely nothing in either English or Spanish!
