My friend worked at a location for 8 months and he invented a great sandwich.
Bread type: The Cheese one
Cheese type: Cheddar
Meat: Grilled Chicken, and Bacon(its extra).
Other Stuff: lettuce, tomato, jalapenos
Sauce: Mayo, LOTS of Southwest Chipotle
This is the best sandwich I can think of at subway.

Alot of people are saying that the bread is only baked once but they are wrong. The subway I worked at for two years while in high school baked every few hours because we were so busy. To answer your question, my favorite sandwich is italian herb & cheese bread with ham and extra swiss, not toasted, lots of mayo, lettuce soaked in vinegar and oil, all the spices with red onion. Its an amazing "pick me up" sandwich.

the save on your city has Avocado!? Oh geeze, we prefer that right here! For me, being waiting to make my very own Sandwich with out the concerns of fee (Hehe) I do as follows: Bread: Italian herbs and cheese Meat: Pepperonies on the bread, rooster breast and then Sir Francis Bacon Cheese: Cheddar on the beef, blended shredded on the bread greens: purely somewhat lettuce and spinach, tomatos, cucumber, bannana peppers, pickles, olives Sauce: (consistently on the bread) Mayo, Ranch, enormously spiced Mustard, Chipotle, Oil/Vinager Toasted(earlier greens) with S/P purely in a 6inch. i'm able to somewhat consume the 6inch, no longer to indicate a foot long!

I generally get the vegetarian sandwich with extra veggies, and usually on the roasted garlic bread, if they have it. Sometimes I have to substitute the whole wheat bread or one of the other breads, although the cheesey bread (I forget what it is called) is pretty good!
